ABC.AZ reports that St. Louis Fed’s chairman James Bullard noted that the interest rate could rise up to 5.75% by the end of 2023.
The bankruptcy of banks in the U.S. has led to an increase in interest rates and the Fed's cautious approach to interest rates. St. Louis Fed’s president James Bullard announced that U.S. regulators had reacted quickly and that the Fed would have to raise interest rates more than expected as the banking crisis subsided.
Bullard announced that the interest rate could rise to 5.75% by the end of 2023.
