Azerbaijan to announce tomorrow a decision on parameters of interest rate corridor

March 28, Fineko/abc.az. The Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) is to publish on 29 March the next decision regarding the parameters of the interest rate corridor, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the CBA.

Since 1 February the discount rate in Azerbaijan has been increased by 0.25 percentage points from 8.25% to 8.5%, the lower limit of the interest rate corridor by 0.5 p.p. from 6.25% to 6.75%, the upper limit by 0.25 p.p. from 9.25% to 9.5%.
