March 30, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, notaries will receive data on the founders of a commercial legal entity and their shares in the authorized capital, as well as a certificate of state registration of a commercial legal entity and its charter by e-application through electronic information systems.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the proposed additions and amendments to the Law on State Registration & the State Register of Legal Entities.

When preparing the relevant bill, they referred to the Law on Notaries.
