These persons not to pay a fee for issuance of power of attorney

March 30, Fineko/abc.az. Persons placed in social service institutions will not pay the fee for issuing power of attorney.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, it is proposed to amend the Law on State Duty.

According to the amendment, persons placed in social service institutions are exempt from paying the state fee for issuing a power of attorney.

The draft was considered today in the 1st reading at a meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Legal Policy & State Construction.
