April 13, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Defense of Armenia confirmed the presence of two servicemen of the Azerbaijani army in Armenia, who got lost due to adverse weather conditions in the direction of Shahbuz district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Armenian Defense Ministry.

It is alleged that one of the servicemen was found and detained in the territory of Garakilse district of Armenia.

The State Commission for Prisoners of War, Hostages & Missing Citizens has appealed to international organizations in connection with the missing in NAR district Shahbuz bordering with Armenia due to limited visibility as a result of adverse weather conditions. They are Azerbaijani Defense Ministry’s servicemen Agshin Babirov Agshin (born in 2004) and Huseyn Akhundov (born in 2003).

"Taking into account the fact that the servicemen may be held on the territory of Armenia, an official appeal was sent to the relevant international organizations in connection with their release," the Commission informs.
