April 17, Fineko/abc.az. Azer-Turk Bank has appealed to the court in connection with Delta Group Ltd.

ABC.AZ reports that the company appealed to the Baku Commercial Court about this.

So, the bank has put forward a requirement to resolve disputes under the loan agreement.

The case will be considered under the chairmanship of Judge Zeynab Akhundova.

The terms of the preliminary hearing of the court have not yet been disclosed.
