April 27, Fineko/abc.az. 81 more fully renovated apartments in Absheron district have been added to the list of residential premises offered to citizens by the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund within the lease mechanism with the obligation to sell them.

ABC.AZ reports that among them are 1- and 2-room apartments in 27 apartments in a residential complex located in the city of Khirdalan, on Galubiya Street. The monthly fee for apartments starts from 363 manats.

The complex, located on the 17th km highway Baku-Sumgait, Absheron district, offers 54 apartments with 1, 2 and 3 rooms. The monthly fee for living space starts from 268 manats.

The new apartments will be open for citizens to choose through the electronic mortgage & loan guarantee system (EIKZS) from April 27, 2023.
