Oil gets cheaper, and Brent is at $76.45 a barrel

May 30, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Tuesday’s trading.

The price of August Brent crude futures on the London ICE Futures Exchange fell by $0.65 (0.84%) to $76.45 per barrel by 09:36 am. Following the trading on May 29, Brent crude futures for August rose by $0.12 (0.16%) to $77.10 per barrel.

The price of WTI oil futures for July on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:36 am fell by $0.45 (0.62%) to $72.22 per barrel. On the eve of the main trading on the stock exchange was not held due to the weekend in the U.S.

At the end of last week, the contract for Brent rose by 1.81% and for WTI increased in price by 1.37%.
