June 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has conducted a currency auction with the participation of the State Oil Fund.

According to the CBA, at the currency auction on June 6, the demand of banks amounted to $8.6 million and was fully secured. This is $5.5 million or 39% less than at the auction on June 1. At a foreign exchange auction on June 1, the Central Bank sold $14.1 million to banks.

Following the auction on June 6, the weighted average exchange rate of the manat was formed at the level of 1.7000 AZN/USD.
