June 21, Fineko/abc.az. On June 20, the stage of the teacher certification process began.

ABC.AZ reports that test exams were organized in 23 examination centers in 13 cities.

Teachers were given 120 minutes to take the exam. Many teachers managed to answer the exam questions ahead of time. Among the teachers there were those who scored a maximum of 60 points, and those who scored relatively little.

The director of the Human Resources Center of the Institute of Education, Nurlan Ismailbeyli, said that if one teacher's test score is higher than another, it will give him the opportunity to receive a higher salary: "Teachers who score 51 out of 60 points will receive a salary increase of 35 percent every month. And teachers who have successfully completed this process, but have scores from 30 to 50, will be paid 10 percent salary allowances."
