June 21, Fineko/abc.az. Despite the increase in the number of employment contracts by 450,000 over the past 4 years, there are few people working under an employment contract among the employed population.

ABC.AZ reports that Minister of Labor & Social Protection Sahil Babayev said this at the human resources summit under motto "Back to the Future".

According to the minister, it is necessary to create unity between human resources and the labor market:

"Regular discussions are held with the relevant organizations and this should give results. Technological development also creates new challenges for us. With development of technologies, the need for human labor decreases."
