MP’s interesting approach to issue of teachers' salaries

July 4, Fineko/abc.az. "It is important to have a complete differential measurement of salary increase percentages in accordance with the results of certification exams."

ABC.AZ reports that MP Vugar Bayramov wrote about this in his social network account.

He noted that with the current rules, a teacher who answered 83.3% of the questions correctly can also benefit from a salary increase, as well as one who answered 50% of the questions correctly: "On the other hand, those who answered all the questions, and those who have 51% of the correct answers, they will also receive the same salary increase. While a teacher who answered 51 questions correctly will receive a 35% raise, a teacher who answered only 1 less correct question, that is, 50 correct ones, will receive a 10% raise. It would be good if the salary increase made up: 10% for our teachers with a score from 30 to 35 points, 15% for those who scored from 35 to 40 points, 20% for those who scored from 40 to 45 points, 30% for those who scored from 45 to 50 points, 35% for those who scored from 50 to 55 points, 40% for those who scored from 55 to 60 points."
