Bakı Sığorta premiums reduced in 1st half of 2023

September 20, Fineko/abc.az. Bakı Sığorta completed the 1st half of 2023 with profit of 252,000 manats (profit for Jan-Jun 2022 – 103,000 manats), which is 2.4-fold more than a year earlier.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to insurer’s financial report, that for Jan-Jun 2023 company’s total income amounted to 3.572 million mantas (2.3% more than a year earlier), total expenses – 3.266 million manats (3% less), and income tax payments – 54,000 manats.

As of July 1, 2023, Bakı Sığorta’s total assets reached 13.108 million mantas (3% more versus early 2023). Insurer’s total capital increased by 3.2% up to 8.209 million manats.

Bakı Sığorta's premiums decreased from 3.116 million manats in the 1st half of 2022 to 2.88 million manats in 6 months of this year.
