New meeting with reps of Karabakh Armenians takes place in Khojali

September 25, Fineko/abc.az. On September 25, Ramin Mammadov's regular talks with representatives of Armenians living in Karabakh region of Azerbaijan began in Khojali.

ABC.AZ reports that Ramin Mammadov was appointed by President Ilham Aliyev in March of this year as responsible for contacts with Armenians living in Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.

The first negotiations after the anti-terrorist measures of local nature were held in the city of Yevlakh on September 21.
