September 27, Fineko/abc.az. Some of the buildings in Shusha and other areas liberated from occupation are ready.

ABC.AZ reports that Bayram Safarov, the head of the Shusha executive authority, stated about this to journalists.

The mayor added that there are representatives of the president not only in Shusha, but also in Eastern Zangezur, Aghdam, Kalbajar. They perform the assigned tasks. As before, we continue our activities from the city of Baku.”

Safarov pointed out that work is underway on the return to Shusha: "As you know, the return to some of our districts has begun. The gradual return to our other districts, including Shusha, will begin. During the occupation, the Armenians completely destroyed our territories. Large-scale work is ongoing on behalf of our esteemed President. Buildings should be constructed so that we can relocate people. The school is ready, some of the buildings are ready. Armenians are blocking roads, laying mines. This also prevents to the return.”
