September 28, Fineko/abc.az. The illegal regime in Karabakh region of Azerbaijan has announced its self-dissolution.

ABC.AZ reports that the decision was made by Samvel Shahramanyan, who headed the illegal structure.

Based on the decision, all institutions and organizations of the illegal regime cease their activities. Thus, the "Nagorno-Karabakh Republic" ceases to exist.

The Armenian population of Karabakh is recommended to familiarize themselves with the conditions of reintegration presented by the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to make an independent and individual decision on the possibility of staying in Karabakh in the future.
