Ilham Aliyev unveils date of return of first residents to Zangilan

September 29, Fineko/abc.az. We are investing heavily in the infrastructure of Zangilan. The general plan of the city has been approved. Several housing construction projects are already underway. I hope that in 2025, and maybe even earlier, the first residents will return to the city of Zangilan.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this during his speech at the 2nd Azerbaijan National Urban Planning Forum in Zangilan.
