September 29, Fineko/abc.az. Today, Eastern Zangezur, like the whole of Karabakh, is being rebuilt from scratch.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev stated about this, when speaking at the opening ceremony of the 2nd National Urban Planning Forum in Zangilan.

Noting that a total of 400 participants took part in the urban planning forum, the Head of state stressed: “This is manifestation of our friendship, manifestation of our joint interest so that we can restore the territories completely destroyed during the occupation.”
