Cost of oil goes up, and Brent is at $92.28 a barrel

October 2, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are growing weakly in Monday’s trading.

The price of December’s Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange increased by $0.08 (0.09%) to $92.28 per barrel by 09:42 am. Following the trading on September 29, Brent crude futures for December fell by $0.90 (0.97%) to $92.20 per barrel.

The price of WTI oil futures for November on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) grew by $0.10 (0.11%) to $91.77 per barrel by 09:42 am. Following the trading on September 29, the price of November’s WTI oil futures dropped by $0.92 (1.00%) to $90.79 per barrel.

Over the past month, Brent crude oil has risen by 9.7% and WTI by 8.6%.
