October 3, Fineko/abc.az. Aqroservis is planning to increase authorized capital by AZN 20 million or by 5.7%.

ABC.AZ reports that after growth, organization’s authorized capital organization will be increased from AZN 351.599 million to AZN 371.599 million.

For capital gains, 10 million new shares with nominal value of 2 manats each will be put into circulation.

Aqroservis was established in 2020 on the basis of Aqrolizinq, which has been operating since 2005.
