October 3, Fineko/abc.az. Since the beginning of the resumption of work and until October 1, 2023 small hydroelectric power plants Sugovushan-1 and Sugovushan-2 on the Terter River generated totally 21.8 million kWh of electricity, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Energy.

"The village of Sugovushan in Terter district was liberated from occupation three years ago - on October 3, 2023. On October 3, 2021, the opening of those stations took place," the MoE says.
