October 20, Fineko/abc.az.  Exactly 3 years ago, the city of Zangilan gained freedom. The date of his release has already been celebrated as the City Day. 

ABC.AZ reports that the city of Zangilan, which stands out for its unique nature within the First State Program of Great Return to the occupation-liberated territories, is being fuly reconstructed today. The presented video reflects the perspective picture of this city. 

Under the presidential decree on the establishment of City Days in the occupation-liberated territories of Azerbaijan, October 20 is marked as the Day of the City of Zangilan.
