October 20, Fineko/abc.az. "For the first time in Nakhchivan, grain producers will be given seeds at the expense of the state."

ABC.AZ reports that NAR Deputy Agriculture Minister Khayala Dadashova stated about this in an interview for newspaper Şərq Qapısı.

She noted that for winter crops of last year and spring crops of this year, grain crops were carried out on an area of 21,247 hectares: "For grain crops, mowing was carried out on an area of 19,797 hectares, mowing is impossible on 1,450 hectares. The reasons why the harvest was not carried out are the use of the wrong seeds by producers, improper compliance with the rules of agrotechnical care, as well as the consequences of drought. 
Since this year, all producers have held regular educational events on timely plowing of grain plantations, sowing, compliance with the rules of agrotechnical care, and work in this direction continues. At that, state support has provided subsidies both in cash and in the form of fertilizers to meet the needs of producers. And this year, at the expense of state support, the import of seed wheat was carried out."
