October 30, Fineko/abc.az. The Baku Music Academy, the University of Culture & Arts and the Azerbaijan National Conservatory have jointly established a scholarship.

ABC.AZ reports that this was informed at the Music Forum in Baku.

The scholarship is designed for one year.
