November 2, Fineko/abc.az. The Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship has held a meeting.

ABC.AZ reports that some issues were revised at the meeting. At the meeting, the tax benefit associated with the production of the film was determined. This benefit is reflected in the Azerbaijan State Budget Package 2024.

The draft proposes to exempt from income tax from January 1, 2024 75% of the profit received from the entrepreneurial activity of a cinematographic enterprise that is not a subject of micro-entrepreneurship, registered in accordance with the procedure established by law in Azerbaijan and engaged in the production of films, as well as dubbing.
