November 6, Fineko/abc.az. The average cost of renting apartments in Istanbul exceeded 17,000 liras ($600), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.

At the end of October, the average rental price of apartments in Istanbul was 17,111 liras, and the average sale price of apartments was 4.224 million liras ($148,000).

The cheapest apartments for rent in Istanbul from $400 are in Arnaut and Esenyurt. The most expensive apartments for rent are located in Saryer. The cost of renting apartments in Saryere exceeds 43,000 liras ($1,500). Next come Besiktas with 38,000 liras ($1,300) and Kadikoy ($1,100).
