November 23, Fineko/abc.az. To date, $7 billion has been spent from the State Budget on reconstruction and rehabilitation works in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan. It is planned to allocate $2.4 billion next year.

ABC.AZ reports that Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said about this, when delivering speech at the 18th meeting of the SPECA Governing Council.

The minister added that Azerbaijan's direct external debt is about 10% of GDP. Azerbaijan's foreign exchange reserves exceed its direct external debt 10-fold.

"Over the past 20 years, the total volume of investments has exceeded AZN 300 billion, and AZN 190 billion of them has been invested in the non-energy sector," Jabbarov added.
