November 24, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 10 months, the premiums on individual insurance against accidents and diseases observed growth in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA that for Jan-Oct 2023, the premiums on this type of insurance amounted to 4.252 million mantas (1.494 million manats, or 54.2% more versus Jan-Oct 2022 – 2.758 million manats).

Over Jan-Oct 2023, compensations on individual insurance against accidents and diseases were paid for 149,000 manats (47,000 manats, or 23.8% less than a year earlier - 196,000 manats).

The loss rate on this type of insurance made up 3.5% for Jan-Oct 2023 (decline of 3.6% versus Jan-Oct 2022 - 7.1%).
