November 24, Fineko/abc.az. Masim Mammadov, President’s Special Representative for Lachin district (part of the Eastern Zangezur Economic Region), has addressed to representatives of the private sector.

ABC.AZ reports that Mammadov delivered speech at a roundtable on the theme "The role of employment in the sustainable settlement of the population in the occupation-liberated territories: Development of professional skills".

The special representative noted that Lachin district is open for business.

"I urge the private sector to take an active part in creating new jobs in Lachin. Because the issue of employment of people is easier to solve with cooperation of the public and private sectors. We see this as a long-term social program. The more productive this cooperation will be, the faster it will be possible to solve the issue of employment of citizens in Lachin district," Mammadov said.
