On November 27, Fineko/abc.az. Hermes Energy OJSC will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 25, 2023, at 12:00.

ABC.AZ reports that the agenda of the meeting includes reorganization of Hermes Energy into a limited liability company and transfer the shares from OJSC authorized capital to the authorized capital of the LLC, formed by transformation in accordance with the rules of reorganization of a legal entity into in accordance with the act of transfer.
