November 28, Fineko/abc.az. The reporting figures on the budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) for 2022 do not correspond to reality.

ABC.AZ reports that Accounts Chamber’s chairman Vugar Gulmammadov stated that in 2023 about 15% of the portfolios of control measures were associated with the NAR:

"If we summarize the results, we can say that the reporting indicators for the NAR budget 2022 do not correspond to reality. Not only the general figures are incorrect, but also sufficient distortions in structural and individual indicators. The mistakes made relate to incomplete understanding of the responsibility of those responsible for financial management, as well as the lack of sufficient skills and knowledge in this area. Extensive information about the results will be reflected in our report."
