November 28, Fineko/abc.az. In the textile industry, the production of clothing, leather and leather products, footwear, products worth 377.1 million manats were produced, in the textile industry, compared with the same term of the previous year, there was an increase of 11.4%, and in the production of leather and leather products and footwear – a decrease of 8.8%, in the production of clothing – by 12.3%.

Over Jan-Oct 2023, 6.448 billion manats were spent on textiles, clothing and footwear in Azerbaijan in the retail trade network (5.2% more than a year earlier), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

In October 2023 alone, 965.1 million manats were spent on textile products, clothing and footwear.
