November 28, Fineko/abc.az. Work is underway to create a carbon neutrality zone in the liberated territories.

ABC.AZ reports that Deputy Minister of Ecology & Natural Resources Umaira Tagieva said about this at a round table organized in Baku on the topic of global climate change.

She noted that one of the main goals for the coming period is the creation of a carbon neutrality zone in the territories liberated from occupation.

"Relevant work has begun in this direction. Issues related to climate change are reflected in strategic documents and government programs. Taking all this into account, we will be able to achieve the goals set for the country," Tagieva said.
