November 30, Fineko/abc.az. To advance the process of normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Yerevan handed over a package of proposals for a draft bilateral agreement to Baku last week.

ABC.AZ reports that Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated about this during talks with French Minister of State for European Affairs Lawrence Boone.

Negotiations took place on the sidelines of the 30th session of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Skopje (North Macedonia).

The interlocutors exchanged views on regional security and stability.

They also discussed the matters relating to the agenda of bilateral political dialogue and cooperation in key areas.
