December 1, Fineko/abc.az. Brazil will join the OPEC+ alliance from January 2024.

ABC.AZ reports that the OPEC+ ministerial meeting, held online on Thursday, ended with the decision of some countries to voluntarily cut oil production in the 1st quarter of 2024 and the unexpected replenishment of the alliance by a new participant - Brazil.

Initially, the November OPEC+ meeting was supposed to take place on November 26 in person in Vienna. But a few days before the start of all events, the OPEC secretariat announced that the meeting had been postponed until November 30, without specifying the format of the event and without naming the reason for the postponement.
