December 1, Fineko/abc.az. The results of procurement audits, conducted on the basis of the law in force so far show that there are problems with the application of the law and the effective management of public funds.

ABC.AZ reports that Accounts Chamber’s chairman Vugar Gulmammadov said about this at an event on the topic "Introduction of new legislation on public procurement" in Baku.

"The law is being adopted to support daily activities. It is passed to solve problems. If there are problems with the application of any regulatory legal act, its implementation will create problems for the organization, it needs to be reviewed. Based on the new law, we will continue to cooperate with the state service," the chair added.
