December 1, Fineko/abc.az. Dubai hosted today the opening ceremony of the 28th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change - the summit of World Climate Action organized within the framework of COP28.

ABC.AZ reports that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev took part in the event.

Despite the busy work schedule, the head of state also managed to talk with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Croatian Prime Minister Andrei Plenkovic during the summit.
