December 8, Fineko/abc.az. Work permits are issued within the labor migration quota. And those who are involved in labor activity in the occupation-liberated territories of Azerbaijan are an exception in this order, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Migration Service.

This exception is valid from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2028.

"The public will be regularly informed about the slightest changes in migration legislation.

As of December 1, 2023, the number of foreigners with valid permits to carry out paid work in the territories liberated from occupation is 2,943 people. The extension of work permits to these persons is carried out on the basis of applications from employers," the Service says.
