December 8, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish industrial-trading company of biomedical & healthcare services EXON has invested 5 million manats in a project of modernization of the laboratory of the Nakhchivan Republican Hospital.

ABC.AZ reports that the lab will render high-quality services in all areas of clinical lab diagnostics.

This is the first foreign investment in the healthcare sector of Nakhchivan. "Through the reforms in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, we encourage foreign investors to make investments in the NAR healthcare, and this is the first foreign investment aimed at improving and developing medical services for the population of Nakhchivan," company’s spokesman stressed.

The lab will be put into operation in the near future.
