December 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has amended the Rules of certification of workplaces, approved by a decree from March 6, 2000.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision.

Under the decision, from now on, in order to carry out state control, the employer must submit copies of the documents provided for in paragraphs 4.2 and 5.2 of these Rules on the results of workplace certification to the State Labor Inspection Service for reference within 10 working days. These documents consist of a certification passport of workplaces for working conditions, a list of workplaces and places of certification for working conditions in departments, a consolidated list of workplaces and the results of certification for working conditions at the enterprise, an action plan to improve working conditions at the enterprise.
