December 12, Fineko/abc.az. The construction of 5 quarters is planned in the city of Aghdam, ABC.AZ reports with reference to President’s Special Representative in the liberated territories belonging to the Karabakh Economic Region (except for the Shusha region) Emin Huseynov.

He added that large-scale design work is being completed in the cultural and historical part of Aghdam: "Construction processes have already been launched. The Occupation Museum and the Open-air Victory Museum, the Mugham Center, hotels, internal road infrastructure, schools, a hospital and other infrastructure will be built and put into use by the end of 2026."
