December 27, Fineko/abc.az. Steps are being taken to improve the living conditions of the former IDPs who will be resettled in the restored city of Aghdam.

ABC.AZ reports that Bashir Hajiyev, Azerbaijani President’s deputy special representative for occupation-liberated territories (part of Karabakh Economic Region with the exception of Shusha region).

He added that along with new residential complexes, a 5-hectare central park will be constructed in Aghdam. The total territory of the Central Park will be divided into four zones - the city square, the Botanical Garden, glades and woodlands.
