More than 8,000 people to be relocated to 2 quarters in Aghdam

December 27, Fineko/abc.az. It is planned to relocate more than 8,000 people to the 4th and 5th residential quarters of Aghdam.

ABC.AZ reports that Bashir Hajiyev, Azerbaijani President’s deputy special representative for occupation-liberated territories (part of Karabakh Economic Region with the exception of Shusha region).

"The area of the 4th residential quarter will be 13.96 hectares, and it is planned to relocate 4,450 people here. In total, it is planned to build residential buildings for 1,080 apartments consisting of 1, 2, 3 and 4 rooms. The area of the 5th residential quarter will be 12.12 hectares, residential buildings for 1,115 apartments will be built in it. It is planned to relocate 3,803 people here.

In addition, the complex provides for the construction of football fields, ground parking, gazebos, playgrounds. Residential complexes will be provided with water supply, electricity and high-speed Internet. Heating and hot water supply will be provided through the central boiler system. Work in residential complexes will be carried out in stages," he said.
