ABC.AZ reports that according to the appeal, there is a need to provide residents of territories liberated from occupation as a result of the anti-terrorist operation, governmental agencies, contractors and their personnel represented here with a number of services.

In this regard, it is planned to restore the activities of some enterprises and objects of trade, public catering (fast food, doner, etc.), consumer services and other areas, tea houses, hairdressers and beauty salons, tailor and shoemaker services, locksmith, plumbing and electrical services, repair point for household and electrical appliances in these territories. To this end, cooperation is offered to microenterprise entities (up to 10 employees and an annual turnover of up to 200,000 manats) that meet the following requirements.
