January 18, Fineko/abc.az. The Milli Majlis Committee on International & Inter-Parliamentary Relations, in connection with the resolution of the French Senate, appealed to the government to end economic relations with this country.

ABC.AZ reports that the Committee considered it important to impose sanctions against France.

In addition, the parliamentarians advocated that any assets of French officials, if any, in Azerbaijan, be frozen.

Among the proposals is also the issue of withdrawing all French companies, including Total, from Azerbaijan and preventing French companies from participating in any projects commissioned by the Azerbaijani state.
