January 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Action Plan for declaring the city of Shusha as the cultural capital of the Islamic world for 2024 has been approved.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a relevant order.

The Ministry of Culture has been designated as the coordinating body for activity envisaged in the Action Plan approved by Part 1 of the order.

The activity stipulated by the Action Plan should be financed from State Budget 2024 and be designed for the relevant executive bodies and other sources not prohibited by law.

Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Humanitarian Affairs Department of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The order comes into force from the date of its signing.
