February 1, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan produced 9,044.7 tons of cream and sour cream in 2023.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that compared with 2022, production of cream and sour cream grew by 1,009.8 tons, or by 12.8%. In 2022, the country produced 8,034.9 tons of cream and sour cream.

As of January 1, 2024, there were no stocks of finished products in warehouses.
