February 1, Fineko/abc.az. The initiative of a small group in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, which is anti-Azerbaijani in nature and relating to the non-ratification of the powers of the Azerbaijani delegation, does not serve dialogue.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev stated about this when receiving Inter-Parliamentary Union’s Secretary General Martin Chungong.

The president noted that, in general, this contradicts the traditions of the parliamentary platform.

Speaking about the fact that the rights of the Azerbaijani delegation should be restored, the head of state noted that if the rights of the Azerbaijani delegation are not restored, the issue of Azerbaijan's participation in the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights will be reviewed.
