February 2, Fineko/abc.az. Starting from today, the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Loan Guarantee Fund has activated the new lending limits for authorized banks.

The limits are valid from 11:00 a.m., ABC.AZ reports with reference to the AMCGF.

Applications for a mortgage loan are accepted in real time through the Electronic Mortgage & Loan Guarantee system, available on the e-government portal (www.e-gov.az ). So far, only applications for ordinary mortgage loans are accepted. Additional information will be provided on the acceptance of applications for preferential mortgage loans.
