New national parks to be created in these districts

February 9, Fineko/abc.az. Work has already begun on the creation of new national parks on the territory of the Gakh, Sheki, Samukh districts, at the foot of the Akhar–Bahar ridge.

ABC.AZ reports that work is underway to specify the maps, Deputy Minister of Ecology & Natural Resources Vugar Kerimov.

He added that work is underway to preserve the state reserve and Ilisu in the status of a national park.
